Who uses this app
Warren is a private assistant used only by its owner. It has no other users and no public sign-up. The only Google account ever connected is the owner's own account.
Google data accessed
- Google Sheets — to read and append rows in the owner's personal finance spreadsheet.
- Gmail (read and send) — to search and read messages when the owner asks, and to send emails the owner has reviewed and explicitly confirmed. Warren never deletes email or changes Gmail settings.
- Google Calendar — to list the owner's events and create reminders/events on request.
How data is used and stored
Google user data is used solely to perform the actions the owner requests. OAuth tokens and working data are stored encrypted on a private server controlled by the owner, reachable only over a private network. Data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with third parties, except that message content may be processed by the owner's chosen language-model provider to carry out a request.
Limited Use
Warren's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Retention and deletion
Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. On revocation, stored tokens are deleted from the server.
